Diag Partners launches Internal Division with a fresh take on Networking and Outreach Initiatives

Diag Partners continues to adapt and mold with the changing employment markets to maximize effective outreach while providing candidates targeted, specific opportunities. The Diag “Shift” team specializes in Candidate Networking, Alumni Outreach and Confidential Placement Services. Led by Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and industry veteran, Amy Lackie, the “Shift” team aims to provide natural connections for active job candidates based on Diag’s previous interactions and successes with that individual. Over the last 2 months, and with an additional emphasis on Diag’s Alumni base, Lackie’s team has successfully reduced Diag’s recruitment turnaround and job placement time by 50%.
Lackie added “What makes this group special and unique is the natural extension of the relationships that the “Shift” team provides for our candidates. We are offering these candidates and alumni the resources and platforms to stay in touch with us on a consistent basis, without making them feel like we are constantly selling them.
